I created this page to allow you to learn a bit more about me and my mission to spread love throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

I Was Raised Right

I was born in Boston, Massachusetts, but my family quickly relocated to Fort Worth, Texas, where I have spent most of my life. I was pretty lucky to be surrounded by a loving family and had the benefit of relatives that led by example.

I have been making these cookies for about 20 or so years. It was a simple passion for making my family happy. My wonderful Uncle Lou, who was a major light in my life and truly a great chef among other things, loved my cookies. I relished seeing the gleam in his eye when he saw me bringing in a new bag when I visited.

When friends would visit, they would often try my cookies and soon the word spread far and wide. Suddenly I was only welcomed by my friends when I had cookies in tow. Everyone who visited would generally leave with a bag or two.

I have taken them to people in nursing homes, in the
hospital, at their homes and also to charity events far and wide.

Family Helps

Uncle Lou and my father were great examples of how someone can really make a difference in the lives of others. Over the years, I have provided cookies as a form of relief to my friends visiting the hospital, to people that were friendly to me when they didn't have to, and to just about anyone that asked.

With my sweet Uncle Lou’s death recently, whenever I was thinking about him, I would go to the store, buy supplies, and come home and make my cookies and think about him.

So now, I am putting that energy into making them available to others.

I would like to thank my sons, my good friends Elsie Blum, Bessie Bodzy, and Mary Frances Antweil. They have given me advice and ideas all along the way, and I thank them for their help every day. I am so thankful to my wonderful family and my great friends who are always there with me. I consider myself a very lucky person!

Delivery Is Available

Pick-Up or Delivery?

In general, I have you pick-up your orders directly from my kitchen in the Hulen Mall area of Fort Worth. If you need delivery, I can arrange that to happen and will pass on the cost to you.

There may also be a small fee for the extra packaging and the time and effort involved. This will ALL be agreed upon prior to accepting your order.
